Pull up a chair. You're welcome here.

Gathering women around faith, freedom, and sustainable wellness. This is a place where grace, accountability, and lasting change meet.

Ready for the Next Step?

Maybe you've spent years telling yourself you'll start tomorrow.

Maybe you've been waiting until you're more motivated, more disciplined, or more confident.

Maybe you've convinced yourself that once you've made some progress on your own, then you'll be ready for support.

But what if you didn't have to do this alone?

What if lasting change wasn't found in trying harder, but in finding community, accountability, and grace-filled support along the way?

The Freedom Table isn't for women who have it all together.

It's for women who are willing to take the next step.

Whether you're feeling hopeful, nervous, excited, or uncertain, you're welcome here.

You don't need a perfect plan.
You don't need a perfect week.
You don't need a perfect past.

You simply need a willingness to pull up a chair and begin.

If you're ready to pursue health from a place of freedom rather than shame, we'd be honored to walk alongside you.

Why We Do What We Do

Because too many women are fighting battles they were never meant to fight alone.

We live in a world that constantly tells us to do more, be more, and try harder. When it comes to our health, we're often offered quick fixes, rigid rules, and endless pressure to become someone different.

And when those things don't work, many of us are left carrying something far heavier than extra weight.

Shame.

Discouragement.

Isolation.

The belief that if we were stronger, more disciplined, or more faithful, things would be different.

At The Freedom Table, we believe there is a better way.

We believe lasting change grows in the soil of grace, not shame.

We believe that health is about more than a number on a scale.

We believe that our bodies are not projects to be fixed, but gifts to be stewarded.

We believe that small, faithful steps matter.

We believe that community can help carry burdens that feel too heavy to carry alone.

Most importantly, we believe that our worth has never been determined by our appearance, our performance, or our ability to get everything right.

Our hope is to create a space where women can be honest about their struggles, encouraged in their victories, and reminded of who they are in Christ.

A place where progress is celebrated.

A place where perfection is not required.

A place where faith and practical action come together.

A place where freedom is pursued one choice, one habit, and one day at a time.

Because this journey is about so much more than weight loss.

It's about learning to live with greater peace.

Greater purpose.

Greater freedom.

And discovering that there is always room for one more at the table.

That's why we do what we do.
